Refund Policy

In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, please contact us within 3 days of product delivery at admin@corporatethreadworks.com. Your email must include your name, order number, and a clear photograph providing proof of damage. If the exterior packaging is damaged, you must also provide proof of the envelope or box.  Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Due to the nature of the apparel, which is custom made at time of order, all returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Limited edition, special collections, and Holiday items are always final sale and ineligible for any returns.
